Your student has received an impact aid survey form. Impact aid is a federal program with the potential of helping Roland Public Schools with funding. Each family is required to complete this form, and then have their child return the completed form to their respective building's office. We sincerely appreciate your help and cooperation with this very important information. If you have questions, please contact Assistant Superintendent Angie Goode at 918-427-4601 option 5.

The hallways at Roland Middle School are starting to look festive thanks to Mrs. Sutterfield's science lab classes!
The science lab students created ugly Christmas sweaters using the project based learning method. Each group of students were given a budget of $20 in play money to create their project. The students first had to create a blueprint of what their design would look like and then replicate the design onto fabric using the materials they bought. The fabric first had to be measured, ironed, and cut before the design process could begin. This project also involved cross curriculum learning allowing the students to integrate multiple fields of study.
