Roland High School will be hosting a Blood Drive on Wednesday, February 15th beginning at 9:00am. The drive is open to the public and walk-ins are welcome!

To purchase tickets for the District Basketball Tournament scheduled for Saturday, February 18, the OSSAA has provided two different options.
Option 1: Buy tickets online at the OSSAA website or buy using the following QR Code. The cost of an online ticket is $7 plus a $1.35 processing fee for a total price of $8.35 per ticket. Tickets will be redeemed at the gate. ** Screenshots of tickets will not work. **

Roland Middle School would like to wish our 6th/7th grade Quiz Bowl team consisting of Taylor Purchase, Crash Denny, Cadence Cole, Bladen Menendez, Kaden White and Brycen Martin the best of luck as they head to Regionals in Colcord this morning.
Kool Kats jazz band, part of the Fort Smith Symphony, performed at Roland Schools today for our 5th graders, Music Appreiation and Alt Ed students. It was great to have them on campus.
Roland Middle School would like to congratulate Hunter Lowe and Paisley Davis on receiving The K-9 Joy Citizenship Award for the month of January. Officer McGee has introduced this award as a way to give special recognition to our students that have shown characteristics of a model citizen and these two are definitely an excellent example.
Due to the rescheduling of the Tahlequah Sequoyah basketball game, the senior night festivities will be held on Monday, February 13th, beginning at 6:00PM!

Roland Middle School would like to congratulate our 7th/8th grade Quiz Bowl team consisting of Kylee Hodges, Emily Hosmer, Bladen Menendez, Emily Harris and team captain, Rebecca Burt. This past Friday they traveled to Panama for Districts where they won both of their matches. We wish them the best of luck at their next stop in Colcord for Regionals on Saturday, February 18th.
Roland Middle School would like to congratulate two of our middle school VEX Robotics teams that traveled on their own to compete at the Hilldale Hornets Round 2 Tournament over the weekend. The teams 9545N, Cyber Nuts (Brock Jeremiah, Bladen Menendez, Easton Rainwater, Kaden White) and 9545X, Wreckin' Crew (Dylan Lowe, Mason O'Neal, Connor Stacy), ended up teaming together for alliance selections then winning their next three matches to become the MS Tournament Champions. Team 9545X also won the Excellence Award as well as Skills.

Just a reminder that the Roland Middle School Valentine Social for our 6th-8th grade students is just over a week away. Tomorrow, February 7th, is the last day to purchase tickets.
