Attention Roland MS Parents & Guardians • In anticipation of the solar eclipse on Monday, April 8, 2024, Roland Middle School has purchased eclipse-safe viewing glasses for all of our students and staff. We view this as a great learning activity for our students to learn firsthand about the solar eclipse. However, we understand that parents may not wish for their child(ren) to participate in the actual viewing of the eclipse outside. If you do not want your middle school child(ren) to go outside to view the eclipse, please complete the digital survey form or sign and return the opt-out form that was sent home with your child today by Friday, April 5th. Digital Survey Form link: https://forms.gle/uSJqBr9asfaybMcE9
** All buildings will have eclipse-safe viewing glasses for their students and staff. **

Parents,
Roland Public Schools is in the process of developing a 21st CCLC grant proposal that could help fund more exciting programs for our extended-care program for both the elementary and middle schools.
We need your help.
I am attaching a link to a survey that will help us determine which programs would best meet your and your student's needs. We value your opinion and hope you will help us by providing quality feedback with this survey.
As well as the link in this message, students will be bringing home a paper copy of this survey so we can ensure that all parents have had a chance to voice their opinions. Please only provide one survey response on paper or by filling out the digital form.
