The overriding mission of Roland Elementary School, is to help prepare all of our students to become responsible, respectful, and independent citizens in the classroom and in society. We believe all children have the potential to become self-directed lifelong learners through the development of problem solving, critical thinking, and decision making skills. Creating a learning environment where children can explore their thinking and creativity, is vital to the success of all children.
